Passing Source Tags Via URL into Wufoo Forms

Hey Guys, In short i need someone to help me to pass source tag data through the URL's fo my landing pages and to prepopulate a Wufoo forms hidden fields on the other side with the source tags in the URL. Ive tried alot of the Wufoo directions on this but for some reaon its not working for me. Anyone who can make this work would be a great help. FYI my goal is to be able to pass 3 source tags: -Affliate -Source - Ad ID Those are dynamic based on what we put in the URL- which then populates the hidden feilds and shows up in our Wufoo form completions.
