Trying to implement the woocommerce_paypal_express_checkout_address_not_required hook. This is now needed on PayPal Express to work without making users add Billing Information. Not sure which file should I add this in. I've placed the add_action in my WordPress theme's [login to view URL] but not sure which file to place the do_action. Need assistance with making the PayPal Express Checkout to work without the customer's Billing Information.
