This project is a multi-user chat program which is started like a chatbot but then actual human user takes over the control. It should have a admin panel where chats could be managed by logged in admin. Please reach out only if you have done a similar project. The most important is that it must not use any 3rd part tool. The 100% payment is done only when the project is demonstrated (video should work).
