PHP QR Codes

I need to generate multiple QR codes at once using PHP. Requirements: - the QR codes would be generated from a list of 5-digit numbers. There would be a query to our database to pull down the numbers. You don't need to worry about the database part. - I want to control the size and ECC, which would apply to all of the generated codes at once - the 5-digit number would be shown at the bottom of the QR code. I want the ability to control the font, spacing below the code, and font size - the QR codes would be saved as individual .jpgs into a directory. - The filename for each file would be the five-digit code then the extension (e.g., "[login to view URL]") If using a library that requires Composer, I need some assistance in setting that up properly. The project should include a very simple and straightforward PHP script, and a link to whatever library is being recommended.
