PHP Project for a Company

We are interviewing companies to complete Phase 2 of our education project. It involves: 1. Adding functionality (PHP) for a teacher to create a class and roster for that class, including CSV upload as an option. 2. There are 4 pre-made assignments that teacher can choose from, and we need to give a teacher the ability to assign those exams to their students. 3. Adding student user - so student can now login - with quiz taking functionality based on teacher assignment of one of the 4 pre-made assignments 4. We have a reporting feature that we have drawn out with a working excel spreadsheet. We need the spreadsheet translated to PHP so when student completes quiz, the teacher can view results as described in our scope and reflecting the graphs/dashboard of our excel sheet We will provide existing code, mockups with Balsamiq, and an in-depth scope document for your use. As we begin interviewing, we are looking for a company that can be fully dedicated to our work for this project, which should take about 1 month to complete full time. We are looking for a company, in the US or elsewhere, that can dedicate at least 3 developers to complete this project within 1 month. We will only interview companies that show understanding of requirements in their response and give an hourly rate per developer.
