PHP Script for verifying social media followers + algorithm for ranking users

I need a script that is able to check a WordPress users social media followers and engagement on (Instagram, youtube, facebook, twitter) according to the networks they have filled out.
The following will be needed from each user
1. Current followers (for each network)
2. follower engagement (this is determined by checking up to the last 50 uploads and taking a like to comment ratio. The number of that users followers should also be factored into the equation)
3. An overall reach score created for each user's reach. This can be determined by taking (adding up all social media followers)
4. An overall 'star power score'. This can be calculated by having a user's followers reach
count for 30% and a users engagement count for 70% towards the final score.
Social media stats could be accomplished using the various social network API's. authentication may be necessary in order to request user access for API use.
