PHP support - repost

I'm looking for an experienced PHP developer to make some quick fixes on my website.

This is stuff that I've tried to fix myself, but couldn't do it.

However, I know it's nothing complicated and it takes very little time.

So, please don't tell me you'll take more than 3 hours to do this because I know you won't.

This project can be easily done in less than an hour by an experienced developer.

Task #1

Delete field "Estado" (State) in the checkout page.

When I'm logged in the website and proceed to the checkout, I see just 3 fields under "Cartão virtual".

However, when I login directly on the checkout page, a 4th field appears under "Cartão Virtual" (Estado).

Task 2

Delete field "Estado" (State) in

CONTA > Editar Dados > Dados (cartão virtual).

* In order to view this, you must login first. Login: . Password: blabla

Task 3

Display billing address properly - this is under "Dados (cartão virtual)"

When I edit my address in CONTA > Editar Dados > Dados (cartão virtual), and save it, this information should show in the CONTA page (My account). That is not happening.

Task 4

Make the fields in the shipping address page look exactly like in the checkout - this is under "Dados (cartão impresso)"

If you go to CONTA > Editar Dados > Dados (cartão impresso), you'll see the fieds are displayed in 2 columns. I just want to have exactly the same fields of the checkout page, with the exact same spacing.

Task 5

Make the shipping address show on the checkout page.

If you login, edit and save your shipping address and proceed to checkout, you'll see that such information is not showing there automatically. It should.
