I need a web designer / programmer to change the design of my phpBB3 forum to make resemble my website's main design, which is based off the Porto template on ThemeForest. I must be 100% satisfied with the results before any milestone is released. The selected designer / programmer must keep a solid record of changed file paths, file names, and code sections. This can be done on a Google Drive Spreadsheet document. If I upgrade my forum in the future, I must be able to follow your documentation of design / code changes.
