We're looking for a magento wiz to help us with an error on our shop by collection pages: eg [login to view URL] - The error is caused when a collection is clicked and, while the dropdown display of the collection is still loading, the 'view this collection button' is clicked. An 'error' box pops up. The error box does not appear if the user simply waits for the collection to fully load before clicking 'view this collection'. The developers who built our site said they do not know what is causing it or how to make it go away. The solution we are after would be: 1. (most preferably) the dropdown collection display loads faster so that the error does not show. 2. Clicking 'view this collection' does not prompt an error (the error box does not show) - if 1 & 2 cannot be achieved, if the popup could be changed to say "please wait for collection to load before clicking 'view this collection'" Many thanks!
