I am communicating with you as a representative of Al-Faw Technical Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are interested in building an integrated system regarding the POS system, and we have some conditions and requirements for it to be integrated with the Saudi market.
Al-Faw Technical Company is very interested in building a POS system and concluding an annual contract to modify and maintain the system. Our goal is to adapt this system to the unique requirements of the Saudi Arabia market
Before we proceed further, we have several requirements and would greatly appreciate your guidance:
Online requirements:
Must require a persistent online connection to process sales transactions, and provide offline functionality to ensure smooth operation even in situations where internet connectivity is limited.
Integration of sales with peripheral devices:
We care that the system has the ability to integrate with other basic devices, such as vulnerability printers and handheld scanners, all in one. Understanding these elements is there to tailor the system to our specific needs.
Payment platform integration:
Provides integration with prominent payment platforms in Saudi Arabia, such as Mada? Furthermore, we are interested to know that the system supports integration with the Saudi tax platform to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Your responses to these inquiries will play a pivotal role in our decision-making process. I would like to request a comprehensive project proposal that includes the following key details:

Project Timeline: I would appreciate an estimated timeline for completing the project. While I understand that this may be subject to discussion, having a preliminary timeline will help us plan and align our expectations.
Annual Maintenance Cost: It's important for us to understand the long-term commitment required for the project. Therefore, kindly provide an estimate for the annual maintenance cost. This should cover ongoing support, updates, and system enhancements.
Technical Features: We are interested in learning about the technical features that will be applied to the system. Please provide a brief overview of the key technical functionalities and any unique features that will be incorporated into the project.
Once we have these details, we will discuss them with our administration team to ensure that we are aligned on the project scope and budget.
