I am looking to develop a web platform that has a custom database that will allow me to onboard multiple projects and manage them through a specific set to key result areas, objectives, and milestones. It will need to have several layers of user security/access. It will need to manage multiple projects. It will need to create several reports to the screen and also to pdf. It will need to store documents in support of various tasks. It can be mysql or sql. It can be php or another language that is commonly used. It will be a web-based SaaS. I have a database design, but will only provide after we are in discussion about this project. I need this project quickly so the first version with be a MVP I am an experience platform designer and project manager. I can provide wireframes. This project will be used in a university setting.
