We are an electronics company. We repair different modules, controllers, drivers, servo motors etc. for our customers across North America. We are planning to setup a sister company in charge of servo motors business and maintenance only. We need a platform to give our customers access to check our products, placing their orders, paying with credit card/Paypal etc., tracking their orders' status with their user name and password.
Furthermore if they have any unit to be repaired, they might be able to create an RMA ticket, get a quote from us then approve and trace the repairing process online when we receive their unit.
We need our technicians to be able to update the maintenance procedure on different stages so the customer can check the product's status online.
The platform needs to create quote, invoice, packing list, shipping label etc. for all orders and RMAs.
Obviously reports needed to be created for our warehouse, finance , technical, management and other divisions.
