Looking for someone to make a script or program that will allow me to take a large number of item specific identification numbers (ISBN to be exact) and import into a .csv file for upload to Ebay's File Exchange.

Also a program that can take the ISBN numbers and grab the pricing info from distributors site open to suggestions. Not sure whether this is a medium or small project and we are willing to pay more then what the budget below states.
