I need a comprehensive, user-friendly web portal that efficiently manages stock and orders and integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks. This solution must extend to ordering and invoicing functionalities as well.
The portal is used by engineers to perform technical services on machinary which which may need parts adding to the repair sheet. The total cost of the repair must be calculated with invoice generated. including quick books integration to manage price parts and handle invoicing.
Crucial features include:
- Stock Management: Admin and staff should be able to view and manage the stock in real-time.
- QuickBooks integration: The portal must synchronize with Quickbooks for seamless financial management.
- Ordering System: All user types (admin, staff, and customers) should be able to create service sheets attach a quantity of parts used.
- Invoice Creation: A facility to create and download invoices is needed.
- Email notifications: The system should send notification and information emails.
Ideally, the freelancer should have experience and expertise in developing similar web portals, knowledge of inventory management, QuickBooks API, and have strong skills in UX/UI design for the ease of use for all user types.
