I need a ready or completed web template of an Interactive tour of a house

The site will start with a main image of a floor in 3d and can be moved around by mouse

When you click on part of the floor you zoom in and then can have a 360 image tour of the room with hotspots that can show text or videos

I need the above in a template format for me to edit and modify so will need notes on how to modify it as long as it is html5 [login to view URL] can also be a unity 3d project.
