Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Virtual / Administrative Assistance

Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Needed Growing company is in need of an experienced transaction coordinator. Must be familiar with real estate, contracts, forms, processes, multiple listing service, and duties required of a transaction coordinator. Detailed Responsibilities: 1. Organize and manage transactions; 2. Supports the sales agents in the maintenance, documentation, and follow-up of all their escrow related paperwork; 3. Review all documents to verify correct signatures and dates and ensure deadlines are completed in a timely manner; 4. Collaborate with the escrow and selling agent to collect all appropriate documentation to close files; 4. Contact the appropriate agent to obtain any required documents; 5. Act as a liaison between agents to acquire disclosures; 6. Manag communication with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies from contract to close for all transactions; 7. Update CRM and transaction tool throughout contract to close process and complete all notes for file;
