Rebuild WordPress 3.0 website - Upgrade to current WP version

Several years ago, I had a WP 3.0 version website. I did not create a backup of the website before the domain went down.
I have a new website at [login to view URL] and have created another blog at [login to view URL] That blog is the most current version of WP.
I'm not expecting to do much with the restored blog. I'm just trying to look through it to see if there is anything useful there that I might want to use in the new blog.
I'm attaching a Zip file with the old blog including text files that I made from the code from the old website.
Looking for some help. Don't worry about everything not working on the restored blog. I just want to look at it.
