* The budget 150$ is maximum, please do not submit offers if they are bigger. I would like to rebuild the current plugin for the ranking. The ranking is divided into 5 categories, in each category the user can add an advertisement which should be subject to ranking by voting by other users. The ranking should consist of the last 3 years, 2016 - 2017 - 2018 every year there should be a change in the future 2017 - 2018 - 2019. In one advertisement, the user may cast one vote (every year). The place in the ranking is taken into account from the current year. Site on which the ranking should be: The site is to display ads in the list (ranking), each announcement should take place in the ranking with 3 years, the number of votes from the current year, and a button for voting. From the administrative panel side, there should be a ranking similar to the ranking page by sorting into categories.
