a) Replicate some pages of an existing website and b) customise it with my fields

We wish to have a website similar to [login to view URL] Please replicate it similarly, however, we also wish to have some of our own fields. Also, we do not require all the pages to be replicated. The following do NOT need to be replicated: Directory Products Insurance Articles Forum Resources --- Also Facebook login is NOT required The following needs to be replicated: New Cars Used Cars Sell my Cars --- Standard usual registration form login Please see the attachments for some rough drafts of how the customisations will be, however please note that these are not the final draft deliverable, as we wish to customise more fields. Project Goals 1) The final deliverable is a website that can be used to Buy or Adopt Pets for those who want pets, and to Sell or Put up for Adoption, for those who have pets. 2) Credit card payment system integration is required. Pay-pal or Stripe can be used. 3) We will provide our own server and hosting cpanel login details when required. 4) The first ad posting is free for users. After the first ad posting, from second ad onwards per user, the fee is US$25 per ad. The ad will last forever until it is removed by the user. Please download and read through the screenshots briefly. Payment Terms, please read carefully: 1. Please show us a first demo mock-up of the website first, hosted on your own server. After the first demo is shown, we will create the first milestone. 2. After we have made the comments, and you edit it according to our comments, and we approve, we will create the second milestone. We will then release the first milestone as well. 3. After you have loaded the website onto our servers, we will create the third milestone. 4. After we test it on our own servers and it works, we will release the second and third milestone. The project is also complete.
