Looking for resources that we can use on the cloud or locally to upload our emails lists and test for bounces before we send to protect our email rating. We have seen services that charge per email and some outdated programs you can install locally. I figured this would be a place to get something current or a suggestion of a great free service or software you wrote, etc.
