Restock monitor for Shopify based websites.

I am looking to have a Shopify Monitor developed that will monitor the sitemaps of shopify sites for new products added and post to slack. It also needs to be able to monitor for restocks on items that may have already been added. I would like to have it programmed in python, but I am open to any language. An example sitemap of Shopify can be found here: [login to view URL] It must have support for proxies and be able to run at a set interval. For example a refresh rate of 10 seconds or less to find the new products as fast as possible. Also needs to be able to scan 20+ sitemaps at a time pulled from a TXT file. I would like keyword support to sort the new products and to only post them to slack if they match the respected keyword(s). It needs to be able to pull the stock of the product when possible along with the variants for the shoe sizes, with the variants, you can make a direct link to checkout that item(This will be demonstrated to you if unfamiliar).
