RETS Real Estate Joomla Component

Joomla RETS Project (Real Estate) I specifically prefer someone familiar with RETS... I own a software company in Texas but am currently located on a remote island in Costa Rica. I got Dengue Fever and have a project I need help completing for a real estate client. The app is two parts: Part 1: RETS Engine The Rets app connects to the remote RETS server and synchronizes all current listings to our local database. This was finished but some new updates to the API broke it. Minor tweaks should be able to fix it and get it back up to date. PART 2: Real Estate Site I have a mostly finished real estate site that displays listings to customers and provides notifications for price changes to saved searches. What I need: I need someone to finish the project, continuing the same MVC structure I have set up. They need to be very aware of the Joomla API and I am very strict on my object structure. Things that need done: 1. Fix the RETS engine. Once this is done I will hire that person for the following 2. The notification system. the rets engine runs every 5 minutes. tap into that and alert customers who have saved searches that include properties who have had price changes. 3. Minor various features like integrating my ajax form module (already written) but needs tmpls written for the new views. If you can handle this let me know ASAP.
