Review ethereum exchange script and make changes

I have forkdelta open source code (available on github) i have made changes to appearance and smart contract however to finalise it to how i want it i need the following done:
-show me how to add and remove tokens from the list. It uses forkdeltas database of tokens i would like to have the ability to remove as needed. I know with the script it is possible to add tokens i will need to know how to do that also.
-in the script it has a default token so when you enter the domain it goes to a certain token by default i need to know how to change the default token
