Sales Agents Management System development

I need a strong developer to create a Sales Agent Management System for my offline business. Here is a summary of how it may work: The idea is to create a web application to manage eCommerce sales agents. We work with many sellers remotely, who get leads online and through the phone and conclude sales for our products. As soon as they get orders, they record them using a mobile app order form of the system. The order is recorded in our database and received by seller's manager who approves the sale. The order is then automatically dispatched a delivery man. The delivery man profile can check delivery queue at any time by logging in with his phone. He then starts the delivery process: call the client to get the exact location and ride to that direction. After successful delivery, he marks the order as « delivered » in the app. This app will help the manager to track sales generated by each seller and deliveries by each delivery men. Sellers can also track their delivered order through their portal. The app will give access to manager and admin, the product stocks, sales reports, costumers lists… The order payment is done on delivery.
