Second Hand Reviews By An Expert Website

I would like to make a website so that an expect can rate a product before the owner sells it. The problem I want to solve is as follow: Where I live, people buy and sell stuff using Facebook groups. I would like to enable sellers to have a review of the product's condition by an expert before they can sell it. This will increase their chances of selling the product when they do have good one, and also for used stuff, this will make clear for the buyer the state or condition of the things they want to buy. If I am a seller and I have a used car I want to sell, I would ask for a car expert to come and see my car, and write a review about its condition, and when I post it on FB page, I attach a link to that review by my expert. My audience will be assured that they will receive a product that has been reviewed by an expert and matches the description. Especially if it was second-hand one. Because sometimes, people feel reluctant to buy second hand stuff online, and the vendors tend to hide its flaws. I want to enable people to become experts on my website as a side job for them, and how I want to market it is that those experts will reach up to people selling stuff and offer them to do them free reviews. I will put a month period, in which a new expert should achieve reviewing 5 products for people for free as a condition to keep their account alive. This way they will spread the word out. Review fees (after the first 5 free reviews) will be collected offline when a vendor gives the expert money by any means they see possible. Most of time, the expert has to be physically present when they are reviewing a product. I plan to 1 charge credit for each review the expert posts. There should be a system where I can generate codes and send them offline to the expert so that they charge their account, and they will send me money back also offline. Each expert should have a profile, photo and descriptions and areas of expertise, and location (country, city) and they are going to advertise these profilers themselves on social media. The website contains contact info, FB page, and Whatsapp so that people reach up for them using these means. There will be no chat system since the vendors will not have a membership. I am trying to keep it as simple as possible, instead of people using my chat system, they will use the things they know better. It won't affect me what they say or do since I am charging a credit per review, not a percentage. Expert panel should contain: 1- Create and publish review option 2- edit profile, and account functions change password, email, photo, description…etc 3- recharge account with credit. And credit indicator. 4- reviews page, with the ability to edit them for 48 hours only after posting, after that editing will be locked. 5- contact info for admin (me, an email and a phone) Review page should contain 1-name of vendor 2- name of the item 3- photos of the item (up to 10 photos) in a photo gallery like situation. 4- description of the item 5- any flaws if exist 6- location (country and city) and date added 7- the name of the expert who reviewed it, a name, a photo, a description, and a link to the profile. Admin panel: 1- ability to view newly signed up experts and edit the profiles, 2- Pending reviews , the reviews should be reviewed first 3- Credit code generator, if I specify 10 credits and generate a code, I give it to the expert, and they redeem it via an option in their panel. The website should support two languages. The English, in which it is designed with, and Arabic There should be an option in Admin panel for text translation. We can take it from here and modify on the go. Homepage for now should be a brief introduction, slider, an endless stream of experts. Then the ability to filter them by place, and area of expertise.
