I need a simple, but secure login using php and mysql to check username and password, I currently use $ _SESSION, but it is giving me problems, I need something new and reliable, only 3 pages 1.- Login, 2.- Verify authentication, 3 use the session in other pages, 4.- button to exit, I will adapt it to my system, use PHP 5.6 for some functions does not allow 7.1.16, Delivery time no more than 2 hours, if you have a project that meets can adapt to what I need maybe

Puedo hacer lo que pides, mostrarte como es que se debe de manejar una sesión web correctamente. Utilizaré el framework MVC Codeigniter, con lo siguiente: inicio de sesión, la función de login y otra paginá que te muestre el usuario logueado. La sesión HTML solo será un token, el token hace la aplicación segura porque no permite que las personas curiosas (e inteligentes) te editen las variables sesión, si lo hacen, podrían hackearte la aplicación. El codigo con el framework MVC (modelo, vista, controlador) es bastante simple y ordenado, por lo tanto será fácil de entender. Espero me selecciones para hacer este proyecto, estará listo en menos de 2 horas. No tienes que preocuparte por la versión php. Saludos!
