Several Tasks for a small, multilingual, custom programmed PHP/JS Website.

I need someone fluent in PHP and Mysql for certain tasks, HTML5 and JS / CSS for others. (its all for the same website) Ideally I'd need someone who has good experience in all of those skills.
For this website we made so far, you are currently able to enter a Text and certain other variables (colour, hashtags, background). They will be stored in a mysql database. Also, a custom short-URL will be created. (This is all custom programmed, so no known cms is used)
Current tasks:
* PHP/Sql: Fix some database entering problems (multiple similar entries should be prevented)
* PHP Fix multilanguage bugs (we are using Gettext / PHP)
* JS: Improve some functions (hide/show menues on certain clicks)
* Php/html5 Generate dynamic unique thumbnail (for social sharing) that contains specific text/letters
* If possible: Integrate social & email login system into Website.
Very important is fluent (written and spoken) english OR german. Its all about communication. It's completely fine if you can not do certain tasks, then you can work on others. I need to know that you understood the project well, and that you know what you can do and what you cant. This project is a bit urgent, so you should be available within the next 2 weeks!
