[login to view URL] data extraction and WHOIS Comparison, Categorisation and Export to CSV

I am looking for a programmer to show me they can export [login to view URL] data (using a free account for now) and then run a list of 10-20 ip's with a script that i will be able to use in future that will extract all the information from Shodan list of IP's (Start here [login to view URL]) Each entry should be exported and the objective is to try and identify the IP address and ensure that each entry has its own field. e.g.

The above fields would be Shodan Search Type, Ip Address, website, country/region etc.etc. I want the programmer to use a service similar to this [login to view URL] where it finds the associated website with this ip address and then pulls this into this entry so I now know who owns the site and does a whois to this website giving me the contact details of this site. So for this entry, I can then contact the user with a list from Shodan with the date when Shodan entry was made and this information in separate fields in a CSV so i can extract this out for formulating an email using the fields that have been extracted. The goal is to connect this to Shodan's API so that is done automatically and the data is populated into a CRM as leads. The CRM is Called ZeroBS which has a working API to do this.

The bidder has to be able to do this quickly and can show me their experience of API work in the past. I also a resonable price as i know this will attract alot of attention and the project will be easy for someone skilled. They have to prove to me they can do a few entries and then once i can see they can do it (code stays with them) i will pay a milestone to release the code and we will finish the project when its fully tested and automated.
