I can do it for you, In your case, you only need backup of your database, so it will be even more quicker, if you opt to use a plugin to that, that maybe more complicated...

you can just press the update button.. nothing will happen.. you are using an out dated wordpress version and this will update your wp... i did it 5 days ago... got no error.. but if you still want to keep a backup of your database.. login to you cpanel goto database manager and download your database... you are welcome... if you got questons.. ask me or if you want me to do it for you.. tell me..
