Signal Connect Trader

Wanted ASAP- U.S. Based programmer- California preferred We need a very experienced programmer that works quickly and is able to accomplish the following Within 30 days... We need a programmer to create a web based application in the cloud that can pick up a signal from a chart and connect to Coinbase API and execute trade signals for selected coin pair. We need to access the user interface to control the behavior and settings of the auto trader. We must have admin level account to control sub user accounts and allow access by license keys. Sub users would be allowed to connect the auto trader to their coin base accounts through their API keys and auto trade signals being generated and set up by the administrator. The created application and all code will be fully handed over once completed and is exclusively for our use only. There would be ongoing tweaking, cloning, etc. for different kinds of trading mechanisms so this work would continue with the right programmer. We are also willing to reward the programmer above the costs of development with special incentives. We believe that this web-based application in the cloud is not difficult and can be accomplished within 30 days by the right programmer.
