simple image creator app ios with backend

we need to build a mobile app with backend for soccer doing the following as basic requirements for ios (two languages):
1- login by local account or social account
2- create image png (text, background, players, player positions, players face impression,various stickers)
3- look like snapchat in creating image with same ux
4- share image with other app and can be shared to others in same app.
5- collecting points by creating images (likes)
6- push message from backend.
7- admob for advertisment.
backend php codignator (two languages) spec:
1- creating leagues , teams and players,stickers,background
2- adding teams for each league
3- adding players for each team
4- player has multiple face impression and body position with variable for body color and height, body shape(fat,slim,thin),old,field position(FWD e.g)
5- report about most used player in creating image
6- users
it is not social app (only creating images and share)
