Simple site design for book author

Hi, I need a simple site designed for an book author in Web 2.0 format so it also looks nice on mobile and is optimized for search engines. Simple and clean graphic design setup in the following way: Homepage with nice splash image and text information about website 1)About page - will talk about the author 2)Books - goes to a page showing the published book with information about it and a link to amazon to purchase 3)Dancing Scene/Salsa - will go to a page showing different categories of dance that can be clicked and each sub page will have writing about that dancing particular dance event the author attended 4)Personalized Book - a page that a visitor can come to to purchase a personalized book. The visitor can come to this page read about the personalized book, see illustrations of it and fill out an order request form that gets emailed to the author 5)Contact page - with authors information to contact 6)depending on how you code the site. All pages need areas that I can easily put adsense and amazon code in Language you use is not of the utmost importance. It could be wordpress or some other code. you will have to set it up on the server for me. payments will be escrowed and released once job is complete and site is fully functional on server. apx. 15 days completion request. You must be a a coder/designer. Sorry I do not work with teams. You must be able to work with me directly one on one and I will be available all the time to work on project. I will need every few days a status of how things are progressing with. A dev site would be helpful so that we can finish this project as quickly as possible.
