smtp, mx records expert to help with script

Looking for a programmer that can either provide me with a web-based email validation script (i.e. checks MX, DNS, etc) or that can modify a script that I have to make it work properly. I need to have emails categorized as valid, invalid, catch-all or unknown together with server code. What I need is to be able to upload a .csv file, have each email checked and then provide the results back by saving everything in a mysql db. Looking for someone that can start right away and complete within the next few hours. MAX BID: $30
