I have a domain Registration Partne. They offer a SOAP link to change modify and so on domains. I need someone to make a web based tool so i enter the Domain name enter credentials to the Domain Registrar Portal and the Script (which you have to creat) changes some Values in the Bacground automaticly ATTENION The SOAP Dokumentation is only in German so you have translate it in Google Translater or ask me for Translate some parts of it!!

And do you know for sure the API / SOAP service you are granted access to, really allows all of those changes ?
