We set up an email folder called: blahblah@[login to view URL]
We CC meeting notes to that address and # them. Eg I met with XYA today #python #bigdata
An algo sits behind the email address that:
1. Takes new emails and categorises them according to #.
2. I can send an email to that address that contains a key phrase let: 'tell me about: #Python' and I will receive a reply with all of the #Python notes, in summary form (perhaps the first few lines of the body of the email), ordered by date, and with a hyper link so I can click and be redirected to the text file of the original (which may not have come from my email, but maybe a a colleages).
The software has to continuously monitor and respond emails to store and retrieve information.
Feels doable, no?
