Sports Fitness Website Design

I. SUMMARY The business called ESS (Elite Sports Systems, LLC) offers an integrated set of sports and conditioning elements to include three key pillars: Nutrition- Fitness-Recovery. In each, a blend of purposefully planned and sequenced services will be offered: cryotherapy, sports stretching, deep tissue massage, kinesiotherapy, Normatec compression devices, Infrared saunas and, a juice/nutritional bar. A unifying thread to the “ESS System” is technology both on premises and as a virtual community-based network of fitness-minded persons at any conditioning level or age. On site, a device or devices will baseline conditioning and recovery levels and track these over time and over sessions to provide a scorecard to the individual: where there are advances and where there are needs to improve. This data can be shared or not as desired. The important aspect is self-awareness and a tool set to make the next day, the next sport outing, the next fitness event a better one. Critically, ESS is based on the methods and practices of major league teams. Moreover, it is curated and managed by major league sports training professionals. Effectively, the general consumer can now receive what in the past only pro sports athletes have experienced. This is the “pro-sumer version”. We’re opening the first location in a fitness-minded beach city in the Los Angeles area. II. THE PROJECT Website Design - 4-7 pages; mostly static with some interactive elements. The site needs to capture the story and mood of ESS while appealing to our target audiences: a broad band of ages, physical types and levels of athleticism: 12 year-old little leaguer and 48 year old scratch golfer dad; Millennial beach volleyball team of 4 pals AYSO 10 year old girl with her yoga-loving 35 year old mom Weekend warrior road bike group of 6 men and women in their 50’s returning from a 40 mile run to Malibu and back Surfer dudes after 6 hours of catching waves 2 couples in their 60’s after a morning of tennis The tone/mood of the website is that it needs to be high-end, trendy, visual image and video-heavy, atmospheric, sensual, fun. It must be logical, have a flow and tell a story. Ease of use to get “it” quickly, want to learn more, quickly gain an understanding of the science and community of ESS to drive a desire to join and stay on line, on premises, and to see the conditioning baseline, plan the goals and achieve/exceed the objectives. The site must be clear, catchy, even sticky. We are looking for wireframes AND design mockups. (In time this is the basis for a mobile app) After this project, we will move into full website dev, likely in Wordpress Outlined IN THE ATTACHMENT are the phases in which we expect the project to be completed. Approval at each phase will signal continuation of your involvement with the project. However, should we feel that the work is not satisfactory, we will suspend involvement moving forward and pay you only for what you have finished. SEE ATTACHMENT
