Subscription System and Database, with Wordpress Integration

Create or modify an existing eCommerce solution to be integrated into our wordpress based site, in order to allow users to safely purchase digital subscriptions. This project is broken into six core tasks: 1.) The eCommerce Solution - a system that allows users to purchase recurring and fixed length digital subscriptions, using a variety of third party payment solutions (A minimum of PayPal, Google Wallet, and a Bitcoin solution are wanted) 2.) The Wordpress Integration - Creating a simple user registration process as part of the eCommerce solution which has customers creating an account that is integrated into our wodpress site; as well as a complete integration of the frontend (and preferably the backend) of the eCommerce system into our wordpress site. 3.) Database management - Add users and their subscription information to a database, which can be externally queried using PHP or similar, to return a value indicating the current status of the users subscription. 4.) Backend system - A simple administrative backend system, preferably integrated into the wordpress control panel, which allows an administrator to manage existing user accounts, manually create new accounts, and manage the creation of discount and promotional codes. This system should also be able to display some basic statistical information, such as the number and nature of subscriptions in the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, lifetime, etc. 5.) User account management - Allow users to log into their account and manage their subscription. This should also include standard "forgot password" and "change password" options, as well as some simple information displays to indicate the status of the users subscription. 6.) Referral system - A simple system that allows a user with a subscription to generate their own promotional code, which can then be used by other customers when they purchase subscriptions. The user that created the code is then given a percentage of the monetary value of any order which uses their promotional code. This money is tracked on their account, and can be used either to discount their next purchase, or can be transferred to an external account (Such as PayPal or Google Wallet) once a minimum threshold has been met. --- We have already designed the visual portion of the eCommerce, User Account Management, and Referral system, in order to have the designs match the rest of our website; Images and more in-depth descriptions for each image are available.
