Hello, According to your project post that we will be implementing AI Support / FAQ Answer Wizard and chat with feature- -Multiple Logins for Administrators with different answers for each - The manager would give this answer - Call center rep would give this answer - Printed FAQ or online wizard or chatbot would give this answer - Will be easy to stock with new questions and answers according to the template - Must have customer interface and chat interface so call center reps can ask questions and get answers to read and so on. - Would plug into static support page and have chat interface that can switch from bot to person. - Would go to a form if required to open a support ticket in our system where it will just email the info from the customer's from address to create the ticket in our existing system.
