Of course I own this template as well as gantry templates, so you dont have to do it from scratch. Please dont make lose my time, I wont to be sure you read this project before biding, the first word of your proposal should be "gantry" and dont bid $250 just because you can: you will have all extensions and css files, it should be an easy job.
