Update and add features to existing wordpress plugin

We have a plugin that we give to our customers that is getting a little outdated. You can see a demo of it at [login to view URL]
We would like the following done to this plugin to make it more up to date:
- make it mobile responsive
- update backend layout to make it look more modern
- update option to have video on top or on the side making the box horizontal or vertical. This will move the video to the left side and the optin form will be on the right
- update so that any autoresponder code can be used
- update buttons on the backend to make a flat look, flat with shadow, rounded or squared edges. Also have color picker to choose what color buttons will be.
- Remove height/width selection to make it mobile friendly.
