Update to invoicing system built on Laravel

I currently have an invoicing system which is built on Laravel that allows introducers/affiliates to invoice weekly based on funds/money introduced to a company within that week. I want a copy of this but with amendments below. I need each introducer/affiliate to have an introducer code. I need a web form for leads which will input the following details: Title, First Name, Last Name, Telephone Number, Email address and an Introducer code. I need these leads stored on the system. These leads need to be viewable by admin, manager and the introducer they belong to. There should be a leads section on the sidebar. Each lead will have a notes section which the manager role can add to. Each lead will have a status which is changeable by the manager role: “New Lead” “Called no answer” “Arranged a call back” “Account Open” “Not Suitable” “Suitable” “Funded” “AML Failed- Awaiting Documentation” “Wrong Number” The finally amend that I need is that current system allows an invoice to be uploaded by an introducer for business they have introduced within a weekly period (Monday-Friday), I need this changed to monthly period.
