There are two parts in it - First, restaurants need to be updated with their delivery distance (e.g. 4-6 miles). Second, when queried by users, distance from user's delivery location to restaurants should be calculated and if that distance is less than the delivery distance of restaurants then the restaurants are shown else not. Technically, it may require to create new data structures to keep the performance (speed) in check. I'll be able to comment on it after seeing the code. But nevertheless, I'll be able to fix the issue.
