Update my PHP/JS to include URL upload to server

I am using [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) and I currently have the ability to upload files from my hard drive to my server through drag and drop functionality. I would like to include the ability to drag an image from a separate website, capture the image URL, and download that image to the server in the same way that I do it with images on my hard drive. This should be a very simple and fast project because all the PHP and Javascript has been written to accept image files. I just need a code snippet to incorporate URLs. I have attached the [login to view URL], the [login to view URL] form, and the [login to view URL] files. I expect this should take a good PHP developer no more than 10-30 minutes.
