Must read and understand the full project post (including word file attached) before bidding. You must explain in detail how you plan to build this network during your bid. We only want fully capable, smart and experienced developer who can take a lead role in design, development, testing, securing, and implementing everything as required. You will be the Lead on everything and resolving all the issues. We do NOT want any developer who is dependent on us for every thing and wants us to hold their hand all the time. Again, you must take a lead role in everything and schedule regular weekly meetings with us to update/present on the project and progress. We want you to tell how you can develop/complete this project in an amazing way that people will say wow when they come to our sites and it makes profits for us. The payments will only be made if the entire project is 100% successfully completed to our full satisfaction and on-time. I am trying to save this project from delays by another developer. The timeline is 2 months from the award date but it can be negotiated before award. You must meet the agreed upon timeline and budget. The budget is $5000 but can be up to $10,000 USD if needed. The budget must be agreed up front and there won’t be any changes later at all. Fully read and understand the entire project post and requirements before bidding. Do NOT bid if you don’t understand the full project scope and requirements.
