I require a small illustration software that works on 1) Android Phones 2) Web 3) Amazon Web Service.

The program flow - The android part will be installed on the Phones and the phones will upload their Logitude and Latitude values and Unique Identifier- (Phones must be registered) into a Database on AWS Service.

The web side will plot of graphic of all the longitude and Latitude.

The phones update the their status on the map every 2sec

The content of the map changes in response to the moving Android phones.

Any individual that wants to bid must have the capacity to complete this
