Video Competitions Website

We require a video competitions website building – it has to be mobile optimized. Users should be able to go to the site, then pick a competition. When the competition page comes up it will play a video (someone will ask a question on this video) Once this video is finished, they will be asked to answer 3 multiple choice questions, if they get any wrong, they will be told to watch the video again. If they get them all right, they can go on to the next section. The next section will allow them to pick a number (number range will be set by admin), they can then purchase a ticket with that number via checkout. I’m looking for someone who is able to build this, the backend and front end. Alternatively, if you have a better way to do this (even via wordpress) I would be very interested in working with you. There is WooCommerce lottery that does this but I haven’t seen the video question feature. Ideally, we would like to use Vimeo URLS as it has better bandwidth We will also require static page, for reference please see, WE NEED PAGES SIMILAR TO [login to view URL] such features as We will show pictures of what they can win. On the right-hand side will be the number of tickets left It will also show a bar with how many tickets sold It will also show the ticket price It will also show a countdown of when the competition ends. It will also show the description and history of ticket sales. It will also allow them to pick a number and checkout, it should cross out all numbers sold.
