Virtual Assistant Job Description We’re on the hunt for a virtual assistant to help with the day to day running of 55 KNOTS, a Sydney based creative agency in Australia. Responsibilities Manage the production inbox and ensure all jobs are briefed incorrectly, respond to clients to confirm jobs and assets Manage the production schedule in AirTable to ensure that designers are meeting production schedules and jobs do not lag or stall to keep up our client service level agreements Research for photography and stock imagery for 55 knots marketing and client projects Schedule posts for 55 KNOTS across LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram Liaise with internal designers and the managing director to make sure they have everything they need Managing our retainer budget tracker to make sure we are keeping track of our billable hours Manage the calendar for the managing director for optimal efficiency Weekly calls with the team to discuss the week ahead Strong written English Available during Sydney business hours Starting on 10 hours a week with a look to expand with this fast-growing business.
