We have a Visual Basic software that was created to handle sales and reports as well as calculating commissions of which we have the source code. The software is pretty comprehensive but there are a lot of features we don't use anymore.
We'd like to make a web app version of it with just the features we use and add a front end option for clients to buy online the product we sell (which is one per customer) and being able to download once the payment is received (the front end part is new and not present in the current software).
So the job will consist in:
1- Rewrite part of the actual Visual Basic software for web (using the current source code)
2- Create the front end for clients to look for their product (via ticket number) and check out via Credit Card or Paypal.
3- A file delivery system where we can upload on our end and the customer can download via a temporary obfuscated link.
