First answer six * three, So I understand you read this: Visual composer adds ?id=12345 at the end of background address of rows and columns. Please check attachment. This causes the "Serve resources from a consistent url" error in gtmetrix. w3tc doesn't remove query string from this file. If you know the solution, bid, otherwise do not waste your time.
