i would like to build a web app or software which connect all the concern parties regarding any property construction project. the parties are (Contractor , Engineering Consultant, Owner ) the software should manage the work starting from the owner coming to engineering consultant office and ask to design a property project then the work will move to the sketching and drawings. after that the government approval going to the tender to select a contractor after that supervising the construction project ( PM ) ending to handing over the property to the owner.
i am a engineering consultant office and the intend software or app should has the follwoing features:
1- instant chat and massaging.
2- workflow management
3- Document management
4- CRM
5- Accounts and billing system
6- Project management feature.
7- compatible with mobiles and PC
